A Big Fox River Welcome to Amy and Nick Marcoux!

Amy and Nick Marcoux’s passion for ministry becomes very evident within a few minutes in a conversation with them. They have both been involved with youth ministry for the past 10 years but are excited about the opportunities and challenges that Fox River presents them. Building relationships with young people is key to their ministry.

Both Amy and Nick were living the American dream of having successful jobs and earning money when they realized God was calling them into full time ministry. For the past ten years they have successfully led the Christian Youth Center in Morris. They now bring that experience to Fox River as they plan to minister to the young people of our church.

They hit the ground running at the church service on October 16 when they requested that members of our congregation join with them in reading the book Battle Cry for a Generation by Ron Luce. Nearly 50 people met with them following that service committing to helping to reach the youth of our church and our community.

They are the parents to Kanika who is four years old and foster parents to Arianna.
